I opened Molbys in 1994, before this I was in partnership and owned Henry’s in St Ives. I originally opened at 91 High Street but the company grew so rapidly I expanded and opened my St Neots salon in 2001. The Huntingdon salon still continued to grow so I moved the salon to 104 High Street to gain space.

I always wanted to educate my team to highest possible standard this is one of the biggest things in hairdressing you never stop learning. Molbys would not be successful today if it were not for my team and you know the saying behind every man is a fantastic woman – my wife.

I specialize in gents cutting.

Carmen

I joined Molbys in 1996 I am not a hairdresser but I love working in this industry I have a great passion for what I do. I work behind the scenes in the office with all aspects from accounts, personnel and stock control. I work closely with the team helping them achieve their goals. I go between salons to make sure the team are happy and we are maintaining the highest standards for our clients.

We love what we do making people look and feel fantastic!

I am a Creative stylist and have worked for Molbys’s since 2003. I have recently taken on the role of Salon Manager where I am based in the Huntingdon salon where I am a practical education manager.
I am extensively Racoon trained in extensions, micro wefts and the ‘hair in recovery’ programme. I work a long side Racoon and Marie Cure cancer research to help people that have suffered hair loss as a result of cancer treatment.
I love doing classic haircuts; my favourite is a graduated bob which I get many compliments for. I love going on courses to learn new techniques and meet new people. I am also part of the wedding team, creating hair up for client’s special day.
I am a fun, bubbly individual who loves being creative and different.

I have worked at Molbys since 2012. I originally come from a legal background, a complete change of career brought me to Molbys.

I have a very chatty personality which definitely helps in this environment. The best part of my job is the interaction with the clients but I do enjoy the diversity my role offers within the company, from being a friendly face on reception to helping Carmen in the office.

Its great to work with such a fantastic team, I know it sounds like a cliché but we are like one big family.

I have a diploma in Fashion and Photographic Make Up.

I have a keen interest in the latest fashion and trends, reading Vogue magazine and various fashion blogs online give me inspiration, these along with the music industry and a love of street style help me to create the perfect look for my clients.

My job is great as I love to be creative and meet new people every day, from a Manager’s perspective, I oversee the Salon changing and my team meeting and achieving their goals and targets.

I am experienced in a range of services we have to offer at Molbys, particularly natural looking colours, for example glossy brunettes and rich auburn shades, this gives me the opportunity to make an impact with a fabulous haircut.

I believe it is important to give a client a cut that allows them to express themselves but also that they can manage at home.
